Dogs really don't have a care in the world, and that's what makes them so special. I used to have a golden retriever, and it's incredible how he can do nothing and cheer me up immediately about anything making me stressed. He just sits there looking so handsome and happy, tongue out, stoic body, panting and smiling at once, and looking at me with the most loving eyes. I really miss that kind of simplicity in life, and seeing this animal that doesn't even pay rent or worry about it. Scrolling through dog memes is the next best thing if you don't have a dog.
